Adds a new SETUP.MD document to support the “Agentic Inner Loop” KPI pipeline by describing a clean Linux environment setup, verification steps, build/test commands, and a prescribed sample change/test the agent can implement to validate the inner loop.
Changes:
- Introduces
SETUP.MDwith prerequisites and supported platform checklist for the KPI target environment. - Documents setup/verify/build/test commands using
uv. - Specifies a sample code change + pytest tests for validating agent-driven iteration.
